IDEAS NCBR Sp. z o.o. is a research and development centre operating in the field of artificial intelligence and digital economy, whose mission is to support the development of these technologies in Poland by creating a platform that connects the academic and business environments.

IDEAS NCBR Sp. z o.o. is a part of the National Center for Research and Development (NCBR Group).

The Research Team Leader (Prof. Stefan Dziembowski's team, which implements ERC and NCN projects)-is the heart of the whole team. This is the second most important person after the Research Group Leader. With it, the research group is modelled, and it proves the security of the cryptographic protocols used in blockchain technology. The team leader will collaborate with the cryptography and blockchain lab, led by Professor Stefan Dziembowski at the University of Warsaw.

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

teaching a minimum of 60 hours per year,
developing and managing research and innovation related to artificial intelligence and the digital economy,
setting up and managing their own team with the support of the Research Group Leader,
talent management and responsibility for the professional development of team members,
representing the research group at scientific forums/conferences in the field of artificial intelligence.

THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

very good knowledge of at least one of the following theorem proving systems: Coq, Easycrypt, Why3 and Isabelle/HOL,
PhD in computer science/mathematics or comparable professional experience,
writing scientific articles in English,
ability to assimilate results from scientific work,
experience of working in an international scientific environment,

- entitlement to a share of IDEAS NCR's income from the commercialisation of the results of the work (in particular in the form of licences or disposal of intellectual property rights) or,
- entitlement to subscribe for shares or stocks in a spin-out company commercialising such solutions,
tools necessary for work: mobile phone, laptop etc.
